From October 4–11, 2025, we’re taking our next Killercation to the heart of southern Spain - Sevilla, mi nueva casa! 🇪🇸✨ And this week? It’s for the KILLAS who want to DANCE.

This is our Dance Intensive Week—a special edition of Killercation where movement meets rhythm, fire, and expression. Think: choreography workshops, private flamenco sessions, and a final video shoot that’ll have you feeling like the main character you know you are. No pressure to be a “dancer” - just come ready to move, connect, and unleash your inner power through motion.

Killercations are so much more than fitness - they’re transformative journeys built on movement, sisterhood, soul, and joy. And Sevilla? She delivers all of that and more. From flamenco shows that stir your spirit to rooftop workouts at sunset and tapas that transport you, this city is the perfect backdrop to explore your energy in a whole new way.

This trip is about passion and presence. We’ll sweat, explore, and pour into ourselves through dance, culture, and connection. Expect paella under the Sevillian sun, paddleboarding on the Río Guadalquivir, flamenco classes with locals, and that signature KB energy that reminds you who TF you are.
