A non-refundable $500 deposit is required to secure your spot. This deposit covers accommodations, transportation, and retreat-related expenses and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
If paying in full, your remaining balance is due by November 27, 2026. If opting into the payment plan, you must enroll by June 26, 2026 and complete all installments by December 26, 2026. If a payment plan installment is not received within 7 days of its due date, your spot will be considered forfeited with no refund issued.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. Cancellations made more than 90 days before January 27, 2027 are eligible for a full refund minus the $500 deposit. Cancellations made between 60 and 89 days before the retreat start date are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made 60 days or less before the retreat start date are not eligible for any refund.
Spot transfers are permitted up to 60 days before the retreat start date. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another eligible guest by notifying us in writing. Transfer requests made less than 60 days before departure will not be accepted.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment. The KB Movement/Killercations is not responsible for costs incurred due to cancellations, delays, or unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to medical emergencies, flight cancellations, or personal emergencies.
